New utorrent user: how do you automatically start seeding on startup?

I have set utorrent to start when windows starts (winxp sp2)

But when it starts the completed torrents have the "tick" symbol

I can highlight them all, and click start, which gives the green triangle icon and status of seeding

but need to do this each time.

I would like them to start seeding as soon as utorrent starts.

I cannot find the parameter within the preferences (hope I am not blind to it)

nor could I find anything searching here, but its a hard subject to keyword search on.
