Use the speed guide for xx/512k or xx/640k settings. Your settings are way off, especially 3500 global connections are insane,imho. And increase the Warteschlangen settings to 10/10 for testing purposes.

Disable DHT, disable UPnP, disable Resolve IPs (right-click in PEERS window)...and see if that helps.

Disable also local peer discovery.

Did you change any advanced settings? (if so, what/how?)

It looks like you can't upload as fast as you told it to...at least not consistently! Every time the upload speed reached max, download speeds seemed to take a nosedive!

Hm, quite disturbing.

For how long do you have these symptoms? It can be possible that your ISP has some network problems.

Scan thoroughly for viruses/trojans in your system. It almost look like something is stealing the bandwidth from you and utorrent has to fight for it really hard.

My only change is an updating from 1.6.1 to 1.7 2999 to 1.7.2

problems began after updates from 1.6.1 to 1,7 build 2999

I had 3 months time the attitudes to try out and know no attitude the such a disturbance caused

I formatted my non removable disk and xp again installed despite all that functioned does not µorrent (like in former times).

as far as I understood it, yes.

I inquired with mine isp there one said to me it does not lie a disturbance before also none traffic sharping.

i had reset my router and I formatted my non removable disk thus also no virus.
