i am using router in my house how could i use webUI at school?

i have 4 computer in my house, and their ip address is 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.104. and i have a ip address charter give me is 66.214.123.215

and when i at home i just need to type 192.168.1.102:8080/gui/ then i can see the page, but i at school i try to use 66.214.123.215/gui/ in firefox but there is nothing show up and said: "The server at 66.214.123.215 is taking too long to respond" what should i do?? pls~~

1) 66.214.123.215:8080/gui/

2) You should do portforwarding in the router your 4 computers are connected to.

That is - you should forward external 8080 port to your internal ip/port 192.168.1.102:8080

3) Are you sure your external IP is not dynamic? If it is dynamic - read the FAQ - http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=8639

In µtorrent goto the Speed Guide and press the test port button. It should be open for Webui to work.
