I Need Help

Hello, I'm very new to torrents and I'm having a speed problem. My downloads can't usually get above .8kB/s, and I think I may know why. On the bar at the bottom of uTorrent (it says stuff like DHT: 248 nodes), I have a little orange triangle...when I mouse over it, it says "No incoming connections. Unless this icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your network configuration." I don't understand this, but when i test if the forwarded properly, the ineternet page say

I have the port 26747 on ip 189.155.201.243 Error! Port 26747 does not appear to be open

and my speed tests say my speed is over 77kB/s.

I very much appreciate any help.
