Im running Kaspersky 7 and im a newbie at bit torrent I cant download when kaspersky firewall is running if i switch it off i can download anyone help set the firewall to allow Utorrent and keep it running.

Ive read ultima's guide but being a newbie ive no idea how to write an INI file

I haven't read Ultima's guide, but to write/edit an INI file, simply use Notepad.
