imzo Posted August 9, 2007 Report Share Posted August 9, 2007 Hi.Since i've installed uTorrent 1.7.2, i noticed a problem with download/upload rate.When i set the values for maximum download/upload rate for each torrent or in general settings under "Global Bandwidth Limiting", it just ignores it.The values are displayed correctly, but the program acts like it's set to default (0), as like limiter doesen't work.(for example: i set my global download speed limit to 20kb/s, and it stil downloads with 110kb/s... it's the same with every settings concirning this)I use Vista, it worked fine with previous versions of uTorrent.
