Utorrent stops working at home internet connection. PLS HELP

hi guys.

i am having a problem with the utorrent and that is when i connect my laptop on a wireless network on my company or school it, the Utorrents seems to be working fine.

but when i get home and connect the cable modem to my laptop it freezes the whole internet and i cann't use it.

but when i close it from the taskmanager, the internet seems to be working fine.

pls tell me what should i do to resolve this

my ISP is RCN.
