Cannot connect to tracker, WTF?

Well ever since I upgraded to the 1.7.2 version of uTorrent this is what i get, I need to wait almost an hour for any torrent from any tracker to actually connect to it, every so often this happens to files that I'm already seeding but they reconnect shorty.

What is could be the problem here? And please don't write the tracker is actually down since that would mean that at least 9 private trackers die at the same moment.

Have you updated your software firewalls to have their rules associated with the new version?
