Path for the torrent which removed

I would like to set a 'path' in settings for the removed torrents.

Utorrent moves the downloaded and removed torrents to this path.

Reason:

I dowload lot of torrent and I seed too. I only remove a torrent, when the seed rate reach for my own limit... For this reason, I would like that the 'removed' and 'done' torrents be in different place.

Thank for all

Because, the completed dowload - for me - the seeding dowload. When I stop seeding I'll remove the torrent.

But in this case the removed and the seeding downloads placed in one directory.

In the other case the 'deleted torrents' removed another directory which contain only the removed torrents. I'll write to disk this directory contents before delete.

I hope, it makes more clear.

Thanks

I think what davidson357 is trying to say is this:

µTorrent moves completed files to a folder specified in the preferences under "Move completed downloads to". It moves those files there when they finish downloading, and then seeds them from there.

What davidson357 wants to be able to do is to have µTorrent move the completed file again to yet another folder when he stops seeding it, i.e. when he removes it from µTorrent's main view.

Presumably he wants to be able to go to a folder and see a list of files which are completed and not seeding. The folder set under "Move completed downloads to" will currently contain both completed files that are still seeding and completed files that are not seeding anymore.

So, I wouldn't do that, but I have to.

In Azureus you able set 3 path :

1. the files stored here when not completed

2. the files stored here when completed

3. the files stored here when you removed the torrent.

I like azureus and utorrent too, but they have 1 disadvanage for me:

- azureus is a memory feeder

- utorrent havent got the 3. path

Now I have to select the completed downloads which is seeding which is removed...

Thanks

I agree...this is an essential feature.

When you're done seeding and you remove the torrent, if you keep the data, it should be moved to a different directory.

Right now the user can effectively only remove one torrent at a time because they have to remember the torrent they just removed so they can find it in the directory with all the active "completed" torrents. Automatically moving "removed" torrent data will make bulk removal feasible.

Thanks!
