Access denied using Vista

Hi everyone,

I've installed Windows Vista Home Premium and now I dont seem to be able to download any torrents......

Each time I try, with many different torrents ( all Games ) I get a message saying access is denied.

Is there something I should be tweaking?

Please advise.
