download just won't finish!

please refer to the attached picture

so i have this file, size of 2.92gb

downloading and uploading on average at about 100kb/s and 20kb/s respectively

the percentage and the remaining download goes back and forth

as you can see that i have downloaded over 50GB on the file

i have finished other bigger downloads done while this one just won't finish

it's been a week to download this thing where it should only be several days, tops

has this happened to anyone?
