slipstream
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992IF YOU HAVE SPEED ISSUES READ HERE FIRST..THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF * If you find your speeds to be "average" until you get to a certain percentage, check the availability of the torrent, and the number of seeds/peers there should be in the swarm. If the availability is below 1.0, [ if the number of seeds is high, the torrent is likely fake | if the number of seeds is low, then you're going to have to be patient ]. If you're getting a large number of hashfails, the torrent is likely poisoned,

Switeck
Fake torrents or poisoned torrents do that. There are companies dedicated to destroying file-sharing in general...they generate many fake torrents and try to poison the real torrents. You might want to block their ips using µTorrent's ipfilter.dat -- but HERE is not a place to find a good list of ips to block.
