bovineking Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 Hi I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on this?I am using 1.7.2 on vista basic. I have AVG anti virus and Zonealarm firewall. I can always connect to utorrent but I have no control over the speeds! This means that I have to turn it off in peak hours because of the fair use policy! Even if I change the speeds in the connection tab then it has no affect!? Anyone any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, those are local peers, but you can turn on "Limit local peer bandwidth" to fix the issue. Does your ISP count bandwidth usage for peers in the same ISP?
