Veloxity
Hi my upload speed is stuck at 0kB/s for all torrents now. It wasn't like this with my old router. It started to do this after I bought a new router. I just got a new router. It's a D-Link DIR-655. Do I need to open ports or something? I'm not sure what to do. Switeck
It could also be because you're on a hostile ISP that blocks/throttles BitTorrent traffic in the extreme.Do you use Rogers ISP by any chance? ...they're one of the WORST!
Veloxity
Yes I use Rogers, but this happened after I switched my router. I was using a Linksys before and it was fine. All my other friends use Rogers, and it's fine. Also I used torrent for many years and it only happened after I bought this new router.
Switeck
Rogers is probably getting worse in many areas, especially "overloaded" areas. What settings in µTorrent are you trying to use?(...as shown by Speed Guide (CTRL+G)!)

Switeck
Rogers may have throttled/blocked you further because you were using excessive settings.Try xx/128k Speed Guide (CTRL+G) setting instead.
