woodgrain Posted August 22, 2007 Report Share Posted August 22, 2007 I recently re-installed XP. For some reason, there isn't any windows firewall working nor can windows start firewall/ICS at all. I think this has something to do with it, as I was receiving DL speeds of over 200kb/s before the re-install. I have tried to alter the registry and tried PC Zone Alarm firewall and have it accept µTorrent, but I still cannot get my speeds over 3kb/s or get the DHT to connect.
