hel
All version 1.7.xx have bug - when it's open, even it's no runned torrents, any internet browser can not open a web page, though ping requests some time do work, some time get time out error.Version 1.6.1 in the same time work perfect, all browsers open web pages, always ping request does it's work, so no any problem, though utorrent may have 85-90% of bandwidth is busy, I repeat any browsers work perfect as well.
