Automated Port Switching to unused ports

In an attempt to increase ones ability to stay under the radar of the ever growing "Big Brother", in addition to the protocol encryption, have a timed function that will switch uTorrent's current port to another random port that is currently available. This will help users in such monitored situations as School, College, or Work to seem less obvious by switching the traffic over a number up ports rather than continuous data through a single port.

No, because this feature is useless. They don't use ports to detect the traffic. This won't help at all, and in fact would probably look even MORE suspicious.
