dAbReAkA
Preferences -> bittorrent -> Limit Local Peers (uncheck that)i'd say it's a bug (every peer is considered local so u cant limit anything ), but it hasnt been officially confirmed (not that i know of..) MaSTeRMinD
Thats a bug. Speed is not limited at all. Im using 1.7.2 stable and windows vista ultimate. When i check "Limit Local Peers bandwidth" download speed goes down from 1000K to 10K. Thats if i set a limit of 200K for that torrent. There are no local peers for that torrent, thats for sure, but there are other local peers for other torrents. Hope that this helps.
Ultima
Hm, enough people have complained about this with Vista, so I'm with dAbReAkA here... it does tend to sound like it is a bug (or at least it's definitely something worth looking into). I don't have any official word, though; just an opinion.
