quillos Posted August 25, 2007 Report Share Posted August 25, 2007 If uTorrent is downloading then neither IE or Firefox can access web sites.I am using AVG 7.5 Internet security and it is set up to allow uTorrent. I have a Belkin f5d7633au4a Router but I am not using the wireless fuctions and even with its firewall turned off it make no difference. My internet service provider has a Usage meter that runs on my pc and when this problem occurs it says that there is a "Socket error #11004". Can anyone please help?
