yesman72
Hi all,New to the forum. Reason for my visit is 2 problem. First one is that Utorrent takes all my bandwith from my 28 Mbit ADSL even if the download on Utorrent is around 100kb/sec. Surfing while utorrent is a pain in the ***. What do you suggest to alter in the settings of utorrent? Or what else can I do to fix this problem? My second problem is that my NETGEAR 624 wireless router very often (every hour) disconnects when I run utorrent, but not otherwise. Any idea why this happens?Mike
immortalcheese
Click Here and read / do everything listed, even with my current problems with connections, I noticed that following that guide actually increased my DL speed, and I am not having an issue browsing at all.As far as the router goes, is it just the computer receiving the wireless connection that disconnects, or is it your entire internet connection including the PC hardwired to your router?Side note: Have you setup port forwarding? yesman72
Thanks for your help. I solve the problem by decreasing numbers of connections from 2000 to 150. What is the maximum connection open on a netgear 624v3?Yes I do use portforwardingm got green ligth all time now after setup it correct. Thanks for your checklist, I''ll go thru it and see if I can yse more of my banwith, today it's around 20-40% om my total banwith in
