Still having download problems...

I still have download problems even though I have:

Configured Port Forwarding

Opened/Allowed port on firewall (windows)

Turned off UPnP

Changed port used for incoming connections (changed it too: 16881)

I still have the yellow triangle, and my downloads range from 0kb/s-20kb/s.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also, I'm not all that techy, so if you could put it into the easiest possible steps, that would also be appreciated. Thanks again.
