It should be twice as much...Care to explain: why?The answer "because parameters of my internet connection allows it" is not good enough.Check the openoffice torrent If you get there max then everything is fine.You may also consider using private trackers. The download rates out there are much better than on a public ones (on the other hand you must really care about ratio, but with such upload you shouldn't have bigger problems with that) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If bits then you really have a problem, if the latter - well... 700kB/s is ca the max speed I got at my 6Mb/s connection. So it is not such a big deal... the difference between test results may be because of your ISP local network overload (you may have the good transfers from your Swedish network, but your torrents' peers are usually from all around the world). I really can't believe your ISP throttles torrent, but the fact is the flow of data _may_ be prioritized at the higher tier level for example.
