Whenever I use utorrent, my laptop crashes!

Normally, my laptop doesn't crash.

But when I open utorrent, it crashes after about 5-30 minutes.

It completely just stops, it doesn't even restart, I end up having to turn the power off and take the battery out.

I checked the event viewer and I found this error message:

"TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts."

The utorrent version I'm using is 1.7.2

I use Norton Antivirus, if that might be the problem.

And my internet provider is AOL. (But I tend to use Firefox as a browser)

...Also I use Windows XP Home Edition. (I made utorrent an exception to windows firewall blocking)

It didn't do this in the past!

I just had to add, I don't have zone alarm so that's not the problem.
