Tracker status: Connection closed by peer. What does this mean?

Hey everyone, I just got my laptop and I installed uTorrent, but now that I'm trying to download a video, it won't let me and that message appears, as well as "DHT status: not allowed". Can anyone help?It was working yesterday (although it did the same thing) but now its not working at all!

If anyone can help me that would be really great! Btw, I have Windows Vista, and I use TrendMicro as well as Windows Firewall. Hope that helps and thanks!
