jason50 Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 I've been trying to forward a port for Utorrent on my laptop which is running on 32bit Windows Vista Ultimate I'm pretty sure that i forwarded the port properly but wen I click on the "Test if port is forwarded properly" button it takes me to a web page which displays the following:"Welcome to the µTorrent Port Checker.A test will be performed on your computer to check if the specified port is opened.Missing Port"It works fine on my desktop PC (which is running windows XP) it says "OK port is open and accepting connections" but not on my laptopI am using a Linksys WRT54G wireless routersrry if its 2 much information or 2 little but sum1 pls help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DreadWingKnight Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Sounds like something isn't allowing uTorrent to pass the proper address to the browser or something else is interfering with the request.What is the browser address that the test button brings you to?
