So, what DSL Modems Are Reccomended For P2P?

I'm evaluating Verizon DSL and getting awful, crawling utorrent throughput. After some research here, I found that my modem, the Westell 6100, is on the list of bad modems, and dialed down the maximum connections to 100. Things are somewhat improved, although still not what I was used to with my old cable service.

It seems like there is a lot of discussion of what dsl modems are useless/bugged/bad, but are there any that are particularly good or reccomended by the community? I'm a heavy enough user of bt that I would consider plunking down a couple bills for a new modem, especially if it means a big speed improvement.
