need help

i am trying to download a torrent file. but i keep geting the error message:'

Tracker status: Failure: your torrent client is not allowed, please use an allowed Client or see the FAQ!'

please help. is it to do with my firewall settings. i dont know much about ports and stuff. so i am a novice.

but i tried downloading from a different site but still the same problem. incidently i am having the same problem using bitcomet and abc too. so it may be related to my firewall or internet settings.
