Soton_Lad Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 I have followed instructions for "Port Forwarding" so that i have configured my internet connection to a static IP, and my D-Link Router to allow the port thru, i have set my norton firewall to allow utorrent, but still i am experiencing problems connecting and downloading? Switeck Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 Have you researched online to determine if your modem also contains a mini-router and/or firewall that needs to be configured or disabled?Does your ISP block incoming ports by default?
