The process cannot access the file

I have done everything in the help section but still am recieving the error "Cannot access the file because being used by another process". I need some help, like I said I have done the help section word for word.

You have to find out which process is using your file (some antivir you have or the old "good for nothing" explorer.exe). You can find it with Norton Process Viewer if you like it or any other utilities out there.

Kill it (Task Manager-> Processes -> Select "your process.exe" -> "End Process" (if your process IS explorer) OR "End Process Tree" (if your process IS NOT explorer) (be sure not to press "End Process Tree" on explorer.exe) -> Wait until it's finished then if you killed the explorer -> File -> New Task -> explorer.exe) and retry the download.
