stoni90 Posted September 16, 2007 Report Share Posted September 16, 2007 Ok here is my problem. i set the upload limit to 15 but utorrent doesnot give a dime. it goes up to 45k wich is my upload limit and i get really really low download speed cause of that. i tried to use netlimiter to limit to 15k but then utorrent wasnt connecting...what to do?
