I Don't understand how to make my µtorrent more stable

My DL are Good at start than are going down ....

I have used the patch :EvID4226Patch and put TCP optimizer connection speed to 2500 Kbps ....

What else can I try

Torrent says Peers: 38 of 55 connected (28 in swarm) >>>>>>>>> I don't understand
