orange triangle wont go away

Gday all

Yes thats right that blasted orange triangle wont go away or at least change to green.

There must be something I'm missing

I have opened port on my router D-link524up as per portforward.com instructions

I have set up expert rules in zone alarm pro both in programs controls and in firewall

I have disabled UPnP on both router and utorrent.

but when i run the utorrent port checker I still get

"Error! Port xxxxx does not appear to be open."

There has to be a simple answer to this problem..

any help would be great

Zone Alarm is pretty problematic (and not just with µTorrent), so I'd try uninstalling it.
