thrust
We just upgraded to a new Airport Extreme from a D-Link router, and I can no longer automatically forward a port to uTorrent. Previously I was using UPnP which worked great, now I've turned that off and just have NAT-PMP ticked. In the uTorrent logger I see "NAT-PMP: Unable to map port with NAT-PMP". I've got "Enable NAT Port Mapping Protocol" selected on the Airport in the admin utility, so I assume it's working there, though I have not tested it with any other software. Is there anything else I can do within uTorrent to help narrow this down? I had both "Verbose" and "Log Errors" turned on, but that was the only error message I received.
Greg Hazel
Hm. I have the same router, firmware 7.0, and it maps fine with uT 1.7.5.Googling a bit, I found this: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=5313183Perhaps try downgrading the firmware? thrust
Thanks for the heads up. I will likely just wait for a fix from Apple as it's not my router to be tweaking the firmware on.
