chylis Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 Why in new version (1.7.5) limits are not works correctly. I have upload limit 25 KB in utorrent settings and 12 KB per peer for a example. I`m downloading 2 thing and the speed of uploading is always max - 32 KB?
