There are some links at the bottom of the following page: http://shsc.info/DataRecoveryI would try to not do anything on that computer until you have successfully recovered the data. Everything you do, which includes browsing the web is possibly overwriting the free space in your hard drive that was once occupied by the data of that particular torrent.
