inc188 Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 hey all,this is my first post here...i am having some troubles with utorrent.... it is a great program and downloads torrents at great speeds... but my problem comes in when i have utorrent running in the background downloading some thing and i am not able to get on to any websites or it is really really slow to load any websites... ie.. google.com or yahoo.com...i did have a linksys router which really sucked... so i took that out and tried to plug in to the cable modem directly... and that did help a little... but nothing significant. i am still not sure why it is really slow to load any other pages while having utorrent in the background... when i close the utorrent the pages load just fine and they load pretty fast...usually when i am dowloadin it is around the 100-145kb/s speed and i am able to handle 500kb/s wiht the connection...thanks alot, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
