Remove "Got request while choked" from items that log under Log Errors

Ditto "Got Cancel Unrequested".

I use "Log Errors" to display I/O and hash-fail problems, but a desired nice & tidy list is instead swamped by these irrelevant peer reports.

There have been plenty of complaints about the Logger tab's output already. Example? Some people are complaining that UPnP messages should be shown in the Logger tab like in 1.6.x.

This request would fall under the larger "fix/change/overhaul the Logger tab" umbrella.
