Check the first link in my signature regarding interrupted connections. And your ISP is known to throttle BitTorrent, by the way.

Ok, trying all those thing, one quick ask tho...Should i have "forced" or "enabled" protocal encryyption and should it be legacy or not?

Try forced, and disable legacy. I'm pretty sure it won't help your speeds, though, as Tiscali is among the notorious ISPs that throttle BitTorrent/P2P.

For some reason it seems to work now, i guess for the time being

But i am only getting speeds of 30-50 when i should be getting upto 200-300

Tiscali probably throttles more heavily at some times of day (like 6 PM to midnight) more than others (like 1-4 AM).

Have you tried the troubleshooting guide?:

Especially the slowed connection part...It may at least help you adapt µTorrent to the limited conditions.
