Ultima
Check the first link in my signature regarding interrupted connections. And your ISP is known to throttle BitTorrent, by the way.
Drakhra
Ok, trying all those thing, one quick ask tho...Should i have "forced" or "enabled" protocal encryyption and should it be legacy or not?thanklss
Ultima
Try forced, and disable legacy. I'm pretty sure it won't help your speeds, though, as Tiscali is among the notorious ISPs that throttle BitTorrent/P2P.

Switeck
Tiscali probably throttles more heavily at some times of day (like 6 PM to midnight) more than others (like 1-4 AM).Have you tried the troubleshooting guide?:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992Especially the slowed connection part...It may at least help you adapt µTorrent to the limited conditions.
