User defined time on "Automatically load torrents in directory"

Hi,

Just changed to µtorrent from azureus, and i'm very satisfied so far

However I was wondering if it was possible to set a timer when the client checks for new torrents in the specified folder.

Like every x minutes defined by the user.

I've tried to add torrents to the directory (using rss feeder downloader) and it seems like its checking every second, since the torrents gets added in µtorrent instantly and I'm concerned about my HDD.

Was thinking about if the HDD gets (technically) reduced lifetime since its trying to read from the folder every second (I have the client on 24/7). And usage of CPU(?)

I'm pretty sure it doesn't check every second... least it didn't for me. besides, a file that was JUST downloaded would be in the system cache. folders get cached too.

Hmm, I see.

But still it checks a lot of times when it's not necessary.

I've set my rss auto downloader to check every 360 minutes so even if the client checked with a 10 minutes interval it would still take unnecessary usage of cpu, hdd etc.

I would guess there are more than just me that thought about the idea?

Just thought it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to code, and I think it is a nice little feature, hence the feature request
