I used to use Gnucleus, but now it is slow as ever, so i thought i might try this out. i want to know how to check the type of file being downloaded before spending the time downloading it. this is because i only need .avi files, and i dont want to waste time downloading a .mpg or .mov or whatever. Invy Posted September 26, 2007 Report Share Posted September 26, 2007 Whenever you add a .torrent file to uTorrent, a window should pop up automatically that shows all contained files in a .torrent. If not, then there's an option that you can enable to do this.By the way, AVI, MPG, and MOV are essentially all the same thing - they are all video type files.
