Slow Speeds & no connection on Vista

Current Status of Icon: Yellow Triangle

Port has been forwarded correctly, but the utor port checker says it's not, there are 2 computers on the network and one is working fine (not mine )

only network adapter is the LAN and that's all sorted, I've forwarded the port in Comodo Firewall BETA.

My ISP is on the bad list but that shouldn't stop me forwarding ports successfully, should it?

The other computer is fine on Utorrent (e.g the port checker tells us that the port is forwarded successfully) my Utorrent doesn't... could it be vista related??

I have got encryption etc on but that still makes no difference.

As you can see i attempted various other ports too

I've disabled NAT-PNP because that's for apple routers...

My router is a Netgear DG834G v2

Does anyone have the same, if not similar, problem??
