I gave up for a while, but I'm getting a bit tired of having the program load, even when I would rather use my bandwidth right away for something else.How do I get rid of this annoyance, short or uninstalling and finding another client? Directrix Posted September 30, 2007 Report Share Posted September 30, 2007 If Preferences -> General -> "Start µTorrent on system startup" is unchecked, check your registry for entries that are causing ut to run on startup (you can use Autoruns to simplify this process for you).
