Jaydlyn Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 I've checked over the FAQ and browsed the forum a bit and haven't found an answer to my dilema. When ever I attempt to download, I instantly get the red arrow that points down.I've tried disabling the firewall, antivirus, and dht. I have seen connection refused by peer as a msgI tried the same torrents with a different client, and they came through fine.My port forwards fine, everything *looks* right. It's just not acting it!Any ideas for a solution would be appreciated. I'd really like to use utorrent, I like the set up a lot better! Thanks!
Firon Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 You can't disable the firewall, you can only configure it properly or uninstall it.
Jaydlyn Posted October 1, 2007 Author Report Posted October 1, 2007 Well, disable firewall is an option for the firewall I'm running. However, I config'd it to allow utorrent to allow all traffic for utorrent.
Firon Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 Unless it's the built-in Windows firewall, that will not work. Try uninstalling it.
