Wrong Downloaded Percent

Hello,

while i was downloading a file-and i say it is nearly one month i am dl-ing it-and the file was about 55% downloaded,i had a system hangup resulting a power restart,and after rebooting and as you know when you start utorrent again,it'l start to recheck the files it was currently downloading,but after checking the file the dl percent is 85%,and oddly it shows the half bit of the file completely dled and the other half fragmented.(it is just one file)

What can i do to currect this problem,i really need it is really a long time and heavy cost for me to re dl it in my country with such expensive cost of Internet Services.
