Probably a "port" closed problem "everything" red

I've tried opening a few known good ports in my firewall. ps I'm not

being prompted of a firewall protocol or instance.

I know of two good ports that I normally use are open.

everything is red; availability, red arrows, no seeds.

If this is the problem or suggestions/assistance needed.
