Pwnage
Dose this mean that its broken? There have been two failed hash checks what dose this mean?
Animorc
It means that the piece was somehow damaged on the way to your computer. Or it could mean that some peer(s) was, intentionally or not, sending you bad data. (Could be an anti-p2p organization or something similar)
Firon
2 hash fails isn't that much. Pieces that fail the hash check are discarded and downloaded again.
Pwnage
so it just redownloads the files? I wont be getting any bad files will i?
Firon
Yes, it re-downloads the piece that failed. Not the entire file, just that one corrupted piece.
