stonefisher
Hello, I am connected via a WLAN: Linksys WRT54GL and a ADSL router: DrayTek Vigor 2600. I have a constant but erratic and slow download rate ranging from 1kbs during the day amd 20kbs at night and pulsing upto 100 on weekends.I have read faq's and guides and stuff but have not found suitable information to get port forwarding working. If someone could give a step bu step guide it would be much appreciated.
2good2b
do you have your port forwarded properly (green circle in status bar)?you might need to bridge your router. search in the forum for bridgingif you had difficulties to follow utorrent speed guide (you DID read the instructions here, didn' tyou? http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 ) then try this much acclaimed guide for beginners: http://www.bootstrike.com/Articles/BitTorrentGuideand also have an eye on what it says about encryption in case your ISP throttles. hope that helps!
