Recently, I have two downloads that are actively downloading at highspeed rates but the percentage of file completion never changes. One is at 99.9% and is continuously downloading but never completes. The other file is a rather large one (7+ gigs) and is stuck at 49.3% but is constantly downloading at 12-15KB/s.
