When I delete a finished torrent by right clicking on it, choosing Remove And --> delete torrent, as soon as it disappears everything freezes and I have to restart utorrent. It seems to have started with the 1.7.5 upgrade.

It might just be me, I haven't seen anyone else with the issue. Just wanted to give you a heads up. I am running vista premium at the moment.

How big is the torrent (file size of all files)? How many files are inside the torrent?

Freezing could just mean uTorrent is doing its thing intensively and you have to wait until it finishes. A big sized torrent or one with lots of files can take a while. This is supposed to be addressed in 1.8...
