Changing the Menu's Language

I'm an Englishman working long-term in the People's Republic of China.

Utorrent is a god-send as far as I'm concerned.

My computer (bought here in China) is (of course) running the Chinese version of Windows XP.

When I first installed (some time ago), the I told the installer that I wanted it to be in English.

Fine, all the menus and whatnot WERE in english. I could read and understand.

Then came the upgrade.

It was an automatic upgrade but it CHANGED THE LANGUAGE.

Now ALL the menus are in CHINESE.

How can I change the language BACK TO ENGLISH?
